He started playing the guitar in his childhood, to his father’s influence. He discovered the „manouche” guitar playing technique at the age of 14, at a concert of the Jimmy Rosenberg Trio. Then, in 2003, as the sound-technician of Radio C, he got closer to the world of „manouche” playing and he met again with his great favourites, the Rosenberg Trio. It was at that meeting that he decided to become a „manouche guitarist” and to learn this unique guitar playing technique, and immediately bought an oval gypsy-guitar. He has been a member of the Swing Manouche Project since 2008. He decided to write down his experiences of learning how to play „manouche”, so he created the webpage which – together with the webpage – aims to popularize the „manouche” kind of music.
